Returns & Exchanges

Where can I make returns or exchanges?

I'm in the United States. What is your return policy?

We are able to process exchanges and returns for all full priced items that were shipped in the last 30 days. We cover the cost of your return shipping label for returns and exchanges. Exchanges are totally complimentary.

Return orders for a refund with two or less items have a $6 restocking fee. For return items with three or more items, there is a $2 restocking fee for each additional item. For all returns with 7 or more items, there is a flat $20 restocking fee.

I'm an international customer. What is your return policy?

We are unable to offer free returns on international orders at this time. You may still return your items for a refund, but all shipping costs to and from your location must be covered by you, and not Kitty and Vibe.

We offer an extra 30 days for returns from international orders due to longer shipping times. We do not offer international exchanges at this time and ask that you return for a refund & repurchase the items you’d like instead!

What items can I return?

The product must be in new, unused condition with all the original Kitty and Vibe tags, and the hygiene sticker must still be attached. We know that you need a quick try-on at home but please don’t take your piece for a swim! For hygienic reasons, please wear underwear while trying on your product. 

Due to health regulations, items that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. Soiled garments include any indication of bodily fluid marks, deodorant, and/or makeup stains. It is at Kitty and Vibe’s discretion to determine if the returned product has been soiled. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if a product is damaged, excessively dirty, or missing tags/stickers.  If it is determined to be soiled or incorrectly sent back to us, orders will not be accepted for a refund, but we will offer you store credit.

Can I return a final sale item?

Final sale items, which are all of the items found on our clearance page, are not eligible for exchanges or refunds. They are eligible for store credit, which you can process here.

How many times can I exchange?

We understanding shopping for swimwear can be difficult, and we're on a mission to make it easier.

Thus, we offer up to two exchanges per order on all items, excluding anything that is final sale.

When can I expect to receive my refund and/or store credit after I sent it to you?

Once your return is delivered to our warehouse it can take up to 14 business days to process your return and receive your refund. As soon as you receive your refund email notification, you typically will see the funds hit your account within 3-5 business days, depending on how fast your bank processes.

Ordering & Shipping

Is shipping free?

All US shipping is free on orders over $75. Canadian orders ship at a rate of $10.95. All other international orders ship at a flat rate of $19.95. International duties, taxes, and fees are not covered by Kitty and Vibe on international orders.

What are the estimated shipping times?

Since the fulfillment date, ground shipping can take 5 to 8 business days. Expedited shipping can take 3 to 5 business days. FedEx 2-day shipping takes 48 hours since the date of ship, excluding weekends. FedEx Overnight shipping has next-business-day delivery by 5:00 p.m. to U.S. businesses and by 8 p.m. to residences.

Please note: our warehouse fulfills orders Monday through Friday from 8:00 A.M. ET to 3:00 P.M. ET. These times are subject to change depending on holidays or time of year.

If one of my items is a preorder, can the rest of the order ship ahead of time?

Orders that include a preorder item are held until all items in the order can ship together in order to conserve shipping resources. Your confirmation email will tell you if any of your ordered items are on preorder, as they will include an estimated ship date notice. If you'd like part of your order to ship early, please let us know by emailing help@kittyandvibe.com.

Can I change or cancel my order once I’ve placed it?

Modified orders are handled on a case by case basis. We cannot promise your order can be changed or canceled. For any inquiries on changing or canceling your order, please email help@kittyandvibe.com. We’ll do what we can to accommodate your request!

Do you offer price adjustments?

We are unable to offer price adjustments and cannot apply discount codes to orders after they have been placed. Discount codes cannot be combined with other discount codes.

Wash Care

How do I care for my swimsuit or Play Dress?

Be gentle with your Kitty! We recommend hand washing and laying flat to dry. Do not bleach or dry clean.

How do I care for my Eco Silky Pajamas?

We suggest hand washing or washing on the delicates cycle on cold. Lay flat to dry.

How do I care for my Cozy Soft Pajamas?

Wash with like colors on normal cycle and tumble dry low.

How do I care for my Linen Blend Cover Up?

Manufacturing & Sustainability

Where are your products manufactured?

Our styles and prints are designed in-house, making them totally one of a kind. The fabric is digitally printed in Bogota, Colombia and moves to our manufacturer, a family owned factory, also in Bogota. Our products are produced ethically in small batches. Our factory workers are paid above minimum wage and provided with retirement plans and healthcare

What are your sustainable practices?

Our mailers are made with 100% recycled content and are shipped in 100% biodegradable bags. Over half of our swimwear line is made using sustainable swim fabric.

We also crowdsource all our product launches – which means we're able to better purchase our inventory, mitigating overconsumption & waste.

We earned our Environmental Management System ISO 14001:2015 certification, which shows our commitment to complying with legal requirements and mitigating the environmental impacts of our activity.
