Shipping & Return Policies and FAQs

Is shipping free?

Shipping is free on orders over $75. For orders less than $75, ground shipping is $4.95, expedited shipping is $7.95, and FedEx 2-Day shipping is $24.95. Canadian orders ship at a rate of $10.95. All other international orders ship at a flat rate of $19.95. International duties and taxes are not covered by Kitty and Vibe on international orders.

I’m in the US, what is your return policy?

We are able to process exchanges and returns for all full priced items that were shipped in the last 30 days. We cover the cost of your return shipping label for returns and exchanges. Orders that are returned for a refund have a $6 restocking fee, but exchange orders are complimentary. 

I’m an international customer, what is your return policy?

We are unable to offer free returns on international orders at this time. You may still return your items for a refund, but all shipping costs to and from your location must be covered by you, and not Kitty and Vibe. We offer an extra 30 days for returns from international orders due to longer shipping times. We do not offer international exchanges at this time and ask that you return for a refund & repurchase the items you’d like instead!

What items can be returned?

The product must be in new, unused condition with all the original Kitty and Vibe tags, and the hygiene sticker must still be attached. We know that you need a quick try-on at home but please don’t take your piece for a swim! For hygienic reasons, please wear underwear while trying on your product. 

Due to health regulations, items that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. Soiled garments include any indication of bodily fluid marks, deodorant, and/or makeup stains. It is at Kitty and Vibe’s discretion to determine if the returned product has been soiled. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if a product is damaged, excessively dirty, or missing tags/stickers.  If it is determined to be soiled or incorrectly sent back to us, orders will not be accepted for a refund, but we will offer you store credit.

Can I return final sale items?

Final Sale Items are only eligible for store credit or exchange after 30 days of being shipped.

Can I change or cancel my order once I’ve placed it?

Modified orders are handled on a case by case basis. We cannot promise your order can be changed or canceled. For any inquiries on changing or canceling your order, please email help@kittyandvibe.com. We’ll do what we can to accommodate your request!

Do you offer price adjustments?

We are unable to offer price adjustments and cannot apply discount codes to orders after they have been placed. Please note: Discount codes cannot be combined with other discount codes.

How long does it take to receive the refund or store credit from my return?

Once your return is delivered to our warehouse it can take up to 14 business days to process your return and receive your refund. As soon as you receive your refund email notification, you typically will see the funds hit your account within 3-5 business days, depending on how fast your bank processes.

What if my order is lost?

Unfortunately, sometimes things get lost in transit or stolen. Kitty and Vibe is not responsible for the loss or theft of packages once they have been marked as delivered or for any lost packages that have been correctly shipped out, both domestic and international. 

When this happens it’s a bummer for both of us, and we’d love to find a reasonable compromise! Please email help@kittyandvibe.com if you haven’t received your package after four weeks, and we’ll look into it!

How many times can I exchange?

We allow items to be exchanged once to prevent over-exchanging. If you're unhappy with your exchange item and would like to exchange again, please email help@kittyandvibe.com, and we will give you store credit in exchange for your item.

If one of my items is a preorder, can the rest of the order ship ahead of time? 

Orders that include a preorder item are held until all items in the order can ship together in order to conserve shipping resources. Your confirmation email will tell you if any of your ordered items are on preorder, as they will include an estimated ship date notice. If you'd like part of your order to ship early, please let us know by emailing help@kittyandvibe.com.  

How do I take care of my swimsuit?

Be gentle with your Kitty! We recommend hand washing and laying flat to dry. Do not bleach or dry clean.

Do you have Kitty and Vibe gift cards?

Yeah we do! Buy one for yourself, a friend, or just about anyone right here. Gift cards are not eligible for return.

Where are Kitty and Vibe products manufactured?

Our styles and prints are designed in-house, making them totally one of a kind! The fabric is digitally printed in Bogota, Colombia and moves to our manufacturer, a family owned factory, also in Bogota. Our products are produced ethically in small batches. Our factory workers are paid above minimum wage and provided with retirement plans and healthcare

What are Kitty and Vibe’s sustainable practices?

Our mailers are made with 100% recycled content and are shipped in 100% biodegradable bags. Almost half of our swimwear line is made using sustainable fabric with 82% recycled poly. 

We earned our Environmental Management System ISO 14001:2015 certification, which shows our commitment to complying with legal requirements and mitigating the environmental impacts of our activity.
