How do I place a return or exchange?
- Submit your return or exchange request here.
What items can be returned?
- Items shipped in the last 21 days.
- As we are a small business we aren't yet able to offer free returns, thus returns have a $5 restocking fee, however, exchanges are free.
What items are non-refundable?
- Sale items are only eligible for store credit or exchange. Please email help@kittyandvibe.com if you'd like to return a final sale item, and we will assist in getting your store credit or exchange.
Can I return an international order?
- Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to offer free returns on international orders. You may still return or exchange, but all shipping costs to and from your location must be covered by you, and not Kitty and Vibe. We offer an extra 30 days for returns from international orders due to longer shipping times.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
- Once your return is delivered to our warehouse it can take up to 7-10 days to process your return and receive your refund. As soon as you receive your refund email notification, you typically will see the funds hit your account within 1-2 business days, depending on how fast your bank processes.
